Flea beetles in canola

There are two main flea beetle species that attack canola in Western Canada. You are likely already aware of the crucifer species, but research and field observations show that the striped flea beetle has been moving into more fields across Western Canada, putting canola crops at further risk of feeding damage.

With two species of flea beetles now in your fields, feeding intensities are higher and your canola is at greater risk than ever before.
