FAQs

How do I know if I’m already registered?

If you received a 2025 Partner Program cheque, you are automatically registered for 2026. If you’re unsure, talk to your retailer or your Syngenta Rep, or call our Customer Interaction Centre at 1-877-964-3682.

When is the registration deadline?

You must register online by September 30, 2026 in order to participate.

When is the transaction deadline?

October 31, 2026: The Program applies only to products purchased between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026.

I farm with my family. Can we group
our purchases together?

Yes! Talk to your Rep about farming partnership and householding requests or any changes to existing households.
