ICE Close: Canola Falls for First Time this Week

Canola futures fell for the first time this week on Wednesday, running into some selling as the market approached its May high.

Mainly dry weather is expected for most of Western Canada over the next week. However, thunderstorms will help to keep Manitoba wetter compared to most of Saskatchewan and Alberta. Meanwhile, heavy rain, with the potential for some flooding, is possible today through Sunday for northeastern Alberta.

November was down $7.80 at $670.60, and January fell $7.70 to $675.10.
